If an eTicket or a number plate payment has already been created for the vehicle, or if a Toll App has already been created for the vehicle, you cannot create another Toll App.
Please note that the Toll App can only be associated with one email address at a time. If you wish to change the email address, you must first cancel the product and then reorder the Toll App with the new email address.
You can log in to the self-service portal and cancel your product.
