By receiving notifications, it becomes easier to react quickly, avoid incorrect registrations, and prevent fines – both for drivers on the road and for the administration back at the office.
Which types of notification emails do you receive?

Red light detected on the Toll Box
If the Toll Box shows a red light, it is not ready for use, and you must not drive until the light turns green.
Possible reasons:
- Missing approval of vehicle data on the Toll Box
- The Toll Box is deactivated
- Vehicle data is missing in our self‑service
What should you do?
- Check the Toll Box display for error codes
- Make sure all vehicle data is correctly entered and approved
- Wait to drive until the Toll Box shows a green light
Missing power supply on the Toll Box
Missing power supply on the Toll Box
This notification is sent when the Toll Box detects that the power supply has been disconnected while the box is in use.
Possible reasons
- Power cable not connected correctly
- Unstable connection in the cigarette lighter
- Fault in the vehicle’s power supply
- The Toll Box has been disconnected
What should you do?
- Reconnect the Toll Box to the power supply
- Make sure the connection is stable to prevent the Toll Box from running on battery power
Low battery level on the Toll Box
Low battery level on the Toll Box
This notification is sent when the Toll Box has less than 7% battery remaining.
The Toll Box must be connected to a power source to prevent it from shutting down while driving.
Possible reasons
- Power cable not connected correctly
- Loose or unstable connection in the cigarette lighter
- Fault in the vehicle’s power supply
- The Toll Box has been disconnected
What should you do?
- Connect the Toll Box to a stable power source
- Make sure the cable is securely connected
- Check that the Toll Box shows a green light after charging
No activity detected on the Toll Box
No activity detected on the Toll Box
This notification is sent as a follow‑up to Notification 2 (Low battery level).
It is only sent if you are set up to receive Notification 2.
The notification means that the Toll Box is still not registering any activity, even though you have previously received a low‑battery warning.
Possible reasons
- The power cable is not connected correctly
- Unstable connection in the cigarette lighter
- Fault in the vehicle’s power supply
- The Toll Box has been disconnected
What should you do?
- Check that the Toll Box is correctly mounted
- Make sure the Toll Box is receiving power
- Check that the Toll Box shows a green light before it is used
