Most common error codes, warning codes and solutions
Some of our customers experience error codes and warning codes when starting the box, so we have created an overview for you with the most common codes and solutions.

5002 and 5004 |
You are running low on battery and the power supply is not connected. Connect the power cable to the box and ensure that the box displays "+" indicating connection to an external power supply. |

5006 |
The power supply to the box is disconnected because the vehicle is switched off. If the code appears in situations other than when the vehicle is switched off, it is important to check the installation of the box, cable, connector, and fuse group. |

4006, 4008 and 17002 |
The Toll Box has a configuration error. Ensure that the box is properly connected to the power supply and has a mobile signal. Then wait until the box restarts. Within 24 hours, the box will update, restart, and light up green. The box can still be used on the Øresund Bridge, the Storebælt Bridge, and in Norway, even if it displays this error code and lights up red. |

2002 |
The Toll Box cannot detect a GPS signal. |

50010 |
The box is deactivated, and cannot be used. The Box must be activated before it can be used. See reasons for blocking before contacting customer service. |
