How to order the Toll App
You order the Toll App in the self-service
When the order has been processed, the driver must set up the app on their phone
In Brobizz’s self-service, you can order the Toll App. The app can only be downloaded for iOS 15 and above. If you wish to order products from Brobizz, you must have rights as a main or account administrator.
To order products, you must first log in to the self-service and select the account to which you want to order new products.
The Toll app is free to set up.
When you order the Toll app for a Danish vehicle, it is mandatory to fill in CO2 and weight if Brobizz cannot retrieve it from the Motor Register.
For vehicles from countries other than Denmark, it is required that you provide the vehicle's CO2 class and weight yourself. Therefore, you must upload documentation for the CO2 emissions class when ordering the Toll App. The documentation for the CO2 emissions class must include the COC document as well as the registration certificate.
Note: If you disagree with the registered CO2 emissions class, you must contact the Motor Vehicle Agency. This only applies to Danish vehicles.

Please note, if the vehicle for which you wish to order a Toll App has a number plate payment or an eTicket associated with it, these must be closed first. This can be done in the self-service. Read more about closing products.
Guide to ordering the Toll App
Log in to the self-service.
Log indGo to 'Order' via the menu on the left.
Click 'Order' under Toll App.
Fill in the vehicle details and confirm that the entered information is correct.
Enter the name and e-mail of the driver who will use the app.
Finally, you need to confirm the Terms and Conditions and click 'Order Now'.
The driver will now receive an e-mail with a link to download the app.
Be aware that
When ordering the Toll App, a number plate payment is automatically created for the vehicle, which can be used for payment on the Storebælt Bridge and the Øresund Bridge.
