It is important that your Toll Box always is connected to a power supply when you are driving. It gets power either via a fixed connection or via the cigarette lighter. Ensure that it is connected to a stable and secure power source.
If you disconnect the Toll Box from the power supply, it can only hold power for a short period of time. Therefore, it is important that you reconnect it to the power supply relatively quickly.
How do you attach the Toll Box?
The holder for the Toll Box is equipped with self-adhesive tape, making it easy to mount the box on the windshield.
If the self-adhesive tape loses its adhesive ability or becomes damaged, the holder can be replaced. A new holder costs DKK 39,-
You just need to contact customer service, and they will send you a new one.
