You can convert a bizz to a Toll Box through Brobizz self-service. However, you must have main or account administrator rights to do this.

To order products, you must first log in to self-service and select the account from which you want to convert bizzes.

A Toll Box costs 120 kroner in setup fees and has a monthly subscription of 29 kroner. The subscription starts from January 1, 2025.

The prices are exclusive of VAT.

Please note the following:

When you order a Toll Box or a Toll App for a Danish vehicle, it is mandatory to provide CO2 and weight information if Brobizz cannot retrieve it from the Danish Motor Register.

For vehicles from countries other than Denmark, it is required that you provide the vehicle's CO2 class and weight yourself. Therefore, you must upload documentation for the CO2 emission class when you order a Toll Box or a Toll App.

If your vehicle is CO2 class 1, you must upload a registration certificate that can document the technically permissible maximum weight F1.

If your vehicle is CO2 class 2-5, you must upload a COC document as well as a registration certificate.

Note: If you disagree with the CO2 emission class that has been registered, you should contact the Motor Vehicle Agency. This only applies to Danish vehicles

How to convert a bizz to a Toll Box

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to brobizz.com
2. Go to ‘Order’ via the menu on the left
3. Click on ‘Order’ under Toll Box
4. Click on ‘Select bizzes’ under Convert bizz to Toll Box
5. Mark the bizzes you want to convert and click on Next
6. Fill in the vehicle details and click Next
7. Choose whether the order should be sent to your business address or enter an-other delivery address. Confirm the delivery address by clicking on the green button Next
8. Click on “Order now” to confirm the final order. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order has been registred. You will receive another email when your order has been sent

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order is dispatched. You will receive one more e-mail when the order has been dispatched.

If you have ordered the Toll Box before September 1, 2024, you will receive your box by November 2024 at the latest. If you have ordered your box after September 1, 2024, you will receive your box(es) ultimo december 2024. 

After you have ordered the Toll Box, you can still edit the vehicle information on the box. You do this on the box's product card in the self-service. You can also continue to change vehicle information on the bizz that is being converted. You do this on the relevant product card.

Please note, however, that if you change the number plate attached to the box, it must also be changed on the box's product card.

This happens when you have ordered:

You can start using your Toll Box as soon as you have received it and the vehicle information has been filled in. Your bizz will automatically deactivate as soon as you have made your first usage on the Storebælt Bridge, the Øresund Bridge, or on roads or ferries in Norway.

You have up to 60 days to return the old bizz(es) to us if you want to avoid being charged DKK 200 incl. VAT per bizz
