How to pay out a credit note to a payment card

If you use a payment card as your payment method on your account with us, you can have a credit note paid out directly to your payment card via our self‑service

Go to login

Here's how

Go to the login page at brobizz.com

Go to login

Go to 'Payments'

Select the 'Invoice' tab

If you have a credit balance on your account, you can click 'Pay out now' at the top of the page.

Enter your payment card details and click 'Pay out'

On the confirmation page, you can download a receipt, which will also be sent to you by email

Please note

Your payment card must be valid and able to receive refunds. We are unable to pay out to a Dankort.
