How do we pay an invoice in the self‑service using a payment card?

If you have a payment card registered as a payment method with us, you can pay your invoice via the Brobizz self‑service using your payment card

If you have received an invoice, you can easily pay it by logging in to the Brobizz self‑service

Here's how

Go to login

Go to 'Payments'

Select the 'Invoice' tab

At the top of the page, you can see the outstanding amount

Click 'Pay now' to make the payment

Enter your payment card details and complete the payment

Once the payment has been completed, a receipt will be generated and can be downloaded. You will also receive the receipt by email

Please note

If your payment card is blocked on your products, the card must be updated in the self‑service before the products become active again.
