How to use the new self-service if you have a framework agreement with Brobizz

If you have a framework agreement with Brobizz, you have access to the self-service as "main administrator". On this page, you can find all the necessary information about how to manage your framework agreement as main administrator.

You can log in to the new self-service from March 18th.

As a customer with a framework agreement at Brobizz, you will always have one or more sub-accounts associated with the framework agreement.

The sub-accounts are primarily managed by an account administrator. It is the main administrator who makes other colleagues account administrators for one or more sub-accounts.

What you need to do when you log in to the self-service as a main administrator for the first time

In the new self-service, everyone has a personal login. Therefore, the first time you log in to the self-service as the main administrator, you must ensure that the colleagues who will manage your sub-accounts have been made account administrators.

In this video, we explain how to do it. You can also use the step-by-step guide below.

Guide: How to make other colleagues account administrators on one or more sub-accounts

  1. Start by logging in to the self-service with your e-mail address and password.
  2. When you log in as the main administrator for the first time, you will see an overview of all accounts on the framework agreement.
  3. You must now click on your framework agreement. If you are in doubt as to which is the framework agreement, you can see the customer number in the email you previously received from Brobizz.
  4. Now click on "administration" in the menu on the left.
  5. Then click on the "profiles" tab at the top. You will now be shown an overview of all your colleagues' profiles.
  6. Click on the profile you want to make account administrator of one or more sub-accounts.
  7. Then choose which sub-accounts the profile should be account administrator for. Finally, click "save changes" at the bottom

Guide: How to create new profiles for colleagues and make them the account manager of a sub-account

  1. Click on "administration" in the menu on the left.
  2. Then click on the "profiles" tab at the top. Click on the "create profile" button at the top right.
  3. Enter the name, surname and e-mail address of the colleague you want to create a profile for.
  4. Then select the profile type "account administrator".
  5. You must then choose which sub-accounts the profile should be the account administrator for. When you have selected one or more sub-accounts, click on "send invitation".
  6. Your colleague will now receive an e-mail where he/she must choose a password. It may take a few minutes before the email appears in the inbox. Please note that the link is only active for 24 hours from when you receive the email. Once the person has chosen a password, the profile has been created and he/she now has access to self-service as an account administrator.

Understand the new profile types (main administrator, account administrator and product access)

When you have a framework agreement with Brobizz, you can create three different profile types:

  • The main administrator is the one who has the overall rights to administer the entire framework agreement. This means, among other things, that the main administrator can create new sub-accounts as well as create profiles for colleagues and assign them rights as a main and account administrator or product access.

  • The account administrator manages one or more sub-accounts. As an account administrator, you can e.g. handle payment, order and close products as well as create profiles for colleagues on the sub-accounts on which you are the account administrator.

  • Product access gives an employee limited access to self-service. Here, an employee can link a payment card to one product and update the vehicle information on the product.
