What can an employee with product access do?

If you are a company with many employees and you need each employee to be able to update and add a payment card themselves, then product access might be the solution for you.

With product access, your employee gets a personal login to the self-service, and they then have the right to:

  • Manage or add a payment card to one product
  • Update vehicle information
  • Edit their own profile information

With product access, you have limited access to the self-service portal, and you cannot order, delete, or change products. Similarly, it is not possible to grant others access to a product.

What need does product access solve?

Product access makes sense for companies where, for example, there is a need for the employee to handle expenses when using number plate payment, bizz, or eTicket.
