How to change framework agreement details

You can change your framework agreement details in the self-service

You must be the main administrator to change your framework agreement details

Follow these steps:

Log in

Select ‘Administration’ on the left

Next, select the 'Account information' tap at the top

Then click 'edit' on the left under the section you wish to change

Enter the new details and click 'Submit request.' The request will then be sent to customer service. You will receive a response from customer service within 2 business days
