How to change your password
Log in to brobizz.com.
Log inSelect 'My Profile' in the menu on the left
Click 'Edit' under contact information and then ‘Change password’
Follow the instructions in the e-mail that was just sent to your e-mail address. If you don’t click on the link in the e-mail within 10 minutes, you will need to send a new request to change your password in self-service.
Your password has been changed once a confirmation of the change appears on your screen.
How to reset your password
Go to the login page at brobizz.com
Go to loginClick on 'Have you lost your password?'
Enter the e-mail address you registered with Brobizz and click 'Next'
Follow the instructions and click on the link in the e-mail that has just been sent to your e-mail address. Check your spam filter if the e-mail does not appear in your inbox
You can now enter a new password. Repeat it in the next field before saving by clicking the 'Save password' button
Your password has been changed when you see a confirmation with the text 'The password has been updated' on your screen
N.B. You will not receive an e-mail if a profile has not been created with your e-mail address in the Brobizz system.
