How to change your password
Log in to brobizz.com.
Log inSelect 'My Profile' in the menu on the left
Click 'Edit' under contact information and then ‘Change password’.
Follow the instructions in the email that was just sent to your email address. If you don’t click on the link in the email within 10 minutes, you will need to send a new request to change your password in self-service.
Your password has been changed once a confirmation of the change appears on your screen.
How to reset your password
Go to the log in page at brobizz.com or in the Brobizz app
Go to loginClick 'Forgot your password?'
Enter the email address you registered with Brobizz and click 'Next'
Follow the instructions and click on the link in the email that has just been sent to your email address. Check your spam filter if the email does not appear in your inbox
You can now enter a new password. Repeat it in the next field before saving by clicking the 'Save password' button
Your password has been changed when you see a confirmation with the text 'Password has been updated' on your screen
N.B. You will not receive an email if a profile has not been created with your email address in the Brobizz system.
