The colours you see in Brobizz self-service indicate whether your Toll box is active or inactive.
The colours you see on the actual Toll box show the current status of the box.
Please note that the Toll box may appear green in the self-service but still display an error code and light up red on the actual Toll box.
This is what the colours mean in the self-service
Regardless of whether you have product access, are the primary or account administrator, you can log in to the self-service at any time to check the status of the product(s) you are authorized to view.
- If the product is marked with green, the product is active. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the product is ready for use with our partners if it has just been reactivated.
- If the product is marked with red, the product is cancelled. A product is cancelled if Brobizz was unable to charge the associated payment card for usage, or if you have received a collection notice for an unpaid invoice.
- If the product is marked with grey, the product is inactive. In this case, the Toll box will light up red because you have deactivated the box yourself.
- If the product is marked with yellow, it could be a Toll box that has just been ordered and has not yet been dispatched, or a product where the associated payment card is about to expire. By default, the product is active.
This is what the colours on the Toll box mean
The Toll box can display different error codes and colours on the screen.
- Make sure the Toll box lights up green before you start driving. If the box lights up red during a trip, you should pull over at the next safe location and try to resolve the issue, as otherwise, you risk receiving a fine.
- Some of the most common error codes are 5002, 5004, 2002, and 50010, and you can read more about them below.
