We have been double-charged for road toll

You risk being double-charged if you have both the Toll Box and the Toll App activated in the vehicle at the same time

It is important that you only have one active product in the vehicle at a time

If you have an active Toll Box and an active Toll App in the vehicle at the same time, you risk being double-charged for the same trip.

If necessary, you can deactivate one of the products yourself when logged in to the self-service.

Please note

It's your own responsibility to have only one active product in the vehicle at a time.
