The driver receives an email with a link to download the app

When the driver has downloaded the app, they need to set up the app by following the steps in the guide on the phone.

The toll app must be ordered in the self-service. Read more about how to order the Toll App. (LINK)
Next, the individual driver must set up the app so that it is connected to the correct vehicle. See the guide below.

How to set up the Toll App

Download the app via the e-mail you receive.

Log in with the number plate that the app will be used for.

Enter the six-digit access code that you have received by e-mail.

If you have not received the e-mail, you can do the following: - Check if the number plate has been entered correctly - If it has, then check if the e-mail has ended up in spam - If not, check that your e-mail is correct in Brobizz's self-service - Contact the one who manages the self-service, at your company.

You will then be informed which vehicle the app works for. The app can only be used for this specific vehicle.

Next, you will be asked if you want to receive notifications or not. We recommend that you allow notifications to ensure that you are always updated on your trips, your usage, and such.

Then you need to allow access to your location. You do this by pressing the buttons: "Select: Allow while using app," then "Allow while using app," and finally "Switch to Always."

Next, we recommend that you select automatic tracking. To continue, you need to enable Bluetooth and connect the vehicle to your phone.

If you choose to track your trips manually, it is important that you press "Start Tracking" before you drive and press "Stop Tracking" when the tracking is completed.

Remember to place the phone correctly in the car.

It is important to remember that the phone must always be charged to be able to track.

You are now ready to drive.
