You cannot deactivate the Toll App
The app may, however, have been deactivated by Brobizz.
It is not possible to deactivate the Toll app directly in the app. If you no longer wish to have the app, you need to cancel it in the self-service. Read more about how to cancel the Toll App.
You may experience that Brobizz has deactivated the app. Brobizz will deactivate the app if there is an outstanding balance or if there is no active payment card attached in the app.
Once you have paid your outstanding balances, it may take up to 2 hours before the app becomes available again.
As soon as you have attached an active payment card, the app will be available again.
