How do we handle claims?

If you have been charged for a route that you believe you have not driven, you should file a claim.

You should file the claim directly on our website. Afterward, Brobizz will conduct the initial investigation and, if necessary, forward the claim on your behalf to S&B Kilometer Tolling. S&B Kilometer Tolling will then either reject or uphold your claim.

You will receive the final decision on your claim from Brobizz.

If you want to object to a fine, you should do so directly through S&B Kilometer Tolling.
