After you have filed the claim on our website, Brobizz will conduct the initial investigation and, if necessary, forward the claim on your behalf to Kilometer Tolling. Kilometer Tolling will then either reject or uphold your claim.
You will receive the final decision on your claim from Brobizz.
If you want to claim a fine, you should do so directly through KM Toll.
