How do we cancel a Toll Box?

You can cancel a Toll Box in the self-service

It may take up to 24 hours before the cancellation is effective with all our operators. You are liable for the usage until then.

How to cancel a Toll Box:

Log in to the self-service

Log in

Click on 'Products' in the menu on the left

Find the product you wish to cancel and click on the product.

Click in the top right corner of the product card, where it says 'More'.

Then click on 'Cancel Product'.

Confirm cancellation by clicking on the red button that appears on the screen along with the words 'Cancel Toll Box'. Should you change your mind, click the ‘Undo’ button.

Shortly afterwards, you will receive an email confirming that your Toll Box have been cancelled at Brobizz. You should, however, be aware that it could take up to 24 hours for your box to be cancelled with our business partners, Storebælt Bridge, Øresund Bridge, etc.

Remember to return your boxes once you have closed them. If they are not returned within 60 days, you will be charged 995 kroner excluding VAT per box.
