You can have a Toll Box without vehicle data. If the box has been used previously, you must fill in the 'License Plate' field in the self-service. We recommend that you just write XXXX. Then you must remember to make the box inactive.

When you need to use the box again

It is important that you remember to activate the box and add the correct license plate before using the box again. If you drive around with a box with incorrect vehicle data, you risk getting a fine.

Can we order blank Toll Boxes?

You can certainly order blank Toll Boxes if you need to have boxes available for use when the need arises.
