Can we deactivate our Toll Box?

Yes, you can deactivate your Toll Box yourself in the self-service.

You should be aware that it may take up to 24 hours for the deactivation to take effect with all operators.

How to deactivate a Toll Box:

Log in to the self-service

Log in

Click on 'Products' in the menu on the left

Find the product you wish to deactivate and click on the product. An active product will always have a small green dot to the left in the product overview.

At the top right of the product card, there is a green button labeled 'Active'. Click on the button.

You must now confirm that you wish to deactivate the Toll Box by clicking the 'Confirm' button. If you have changed your mind, click 'Cancel'.

Close the product card by clicking the cross in the top right corner.

The Toll Box is now deactivated, and there will be a small white dot next to the product in the product overview. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the box is inactive for all operators

How to Reactivate a Toll Box:

Log in to the self-service

Log in

Click on 'Products' in the menu on the left

Find the product you wish to activate and click on the product. An deactivated product will always have a small white dot to the left in the product overview.

At the top right of the product card, there is a white button labeled 'Inactive'. Click on the button.

You must now confirm that you wish to activate the Toll Box by clicking the 'Confirm' button. If you have changed your mind, click 'Cancel'.

Close the product card by clicking the cross in the top right corner.

The Toll Box is now active, and there will be a small green dot next to the product in the product overview.
