Where do we view our usage and payments?

With the Brobizz self-service system, you can continually monitor your usage and payments. If you are a main administrator, you can view your usage and payments across all accounts, whereas as an account administrator you can only view usage and payments on accounts for which you are the administrator.

As an invoice customer, at the beginning of each month or week, depending on your agreement, you also receive an invoice file in CSV format with an overview of your usage for the previous month or week.

If you are a card customer and wish to receive an additional invoice file in CSV format, please contact Customer Service
Please be aware that if you registered for this solution before 1 March 2024, you must register again. 

This is how you track your usage   

You can continually keep tabs on the use of your products by logging in to the self-service page. Here you get an overview of your usage, including price, which product usage is registered for, and when and where the journeys were made.  

Take the following steps: 

  1. Log on to brobizz.com.
  2. Click the “Usage” tab on the left.
  3. In the overview you can now see all your usage on the products linked to the respective Here you can see date and time, charging entity, product, number plate, euro standard and price.
  4. You can filter the search by using the 'Filter' button in the top right corner or by typing a search word in the search field at the top of the page. This could be a bizz number or similar.
  5. Click 'Other usage' at the top to see your annual fees and the like.
     

How to download an overview of your usage 

If you wish to download an overview of your usage, you must log in to the self-service at Brobizz. 
 

Take the following steps:  

  1. Log in to brobizz.com.
  2. Click the “Usage” tab on the left.
  3. You can now view your usage. Download by clicking the arrow pointing down on the right. The file will be downloaded as an Excel file. You can choose a special view by using the filter function. That way you can get a file with just the data you need. 

Remember to use the filter function if you want to see a specified view.

How to download a receipt for a card payment 

If you paid by card, you can download a receipt for the card payment in self-service. 

Take the following steps: 

  1. Log in to brobizz.com.
  2. Click on “Payment” in the column on the left.
  3. Select ‘payment card’ in the tab at the top.
  4. You can now see an overview of each single journey. Click on ‘Download’ on the right to download the receipt.

Can we download a specified monthly statement?

No, monthly statements are no longer available for download. Instead, you may download usage overviews by following the above guide.
