What do we do if we receive a credit note?
You may have a credit balance with Brobizz if, for example, you have been incorrectly charged or similar.
How to proceed as an invoiced customer
If you receive an email with a credit note, please email debitor@brobizz.com stating:
- Company name
- Customer number

Credit note number, as well as bank account and registration number

Please also provide IBAN and SWIFT if you use a foreign bank
We will then transfer the money to your bank account.
How to proceed as a payment card customer
As a payment card customer, you can have your credit note paid out directly to your payment card via our self-service portal.
Log in to Brobizz self-service and click ‘Payout’ if you have a credit balance on your account.
