What do we do if we receive a credit note?

You may find yourself in credit with Brobizz. This can happen if you have been charged in error, etc.  

If this is the case, you will receive a credit note.  

If you receive an email with a credit note, please email debitor@brobizz.com stating the company name, customer number, credit note number, account and registration number. Please also provide the IBAN and SWIFT number if you have a foreign bank.

We will then transfer the money to your bank account.
