What do we do if we have been mischarged?

It can happen that your vehicle cannot be read correctly and that you are mischarged via your bizz, eTicket or number plate payment. A mischarge is when you believe you have been charged twice, have paid an incorrect price or simply don’t recognise the journey. If you have been wrongly charged for a journey, you must do the following depending on whether your vehicle belongs to the heavy or light vehicle category.   

What to do if you drive a lorry and/or coach

Contact Customer Service Business. We will ensure that any error is rectified. Remember to have your bizz number or number plate to hand when you call us.  

What to do if you drive vehicles under 3500 kg:
