How do we administer our payment cards?

It’s important that your payment card remains valid so that we can take payment for the use of our products. You can administer your payment card at Brobizz self-service where you can get an overview of your card and delete or add a new one.

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard or Dankort.

N.B. We will no longer accept fuel cards from 1 March 2024.

As the account administrator, you can edit all the payment cards associated with the account(s) for which you are the administrator. Follow the steps below.

Questions and answers

When will our products work again after the payment card has been updated?

If the payment card appeared as invalid in self-service before you made the changes, it takes up to two hours before the associated products become active and are ready to be used on the Storebælt Bridge – and up to 24 hours with all our other business partners.

If the payment card was valid at Brobizz before you updated it, you can immediately use the product for automatic payment with one of our business partners.

If the payment card was blocked before you updated it, the associated products will immediately appear as active with Brobizz. However, you should be aware that they will not yet have been reactivated by our business partners.  It can take up to two hours before you can use your bizz/number plate payment at the Storebælt toll station and up to 24 hours with all other partners, e.g Øresund Bridge.

N.B. If you have received a debt collection notice for an unpaid invoice, your products will only be reactivated when we have received your payment – even if you have updated your payment card. It may take several banking days before your payment has been registered with Brobizz.

If you have issues updating your payment card

We recommend that you:

  1. Ensure that the payment card is active in the bank and the expiry date has not been exceeded.
  2. Ensure that the payment is activated for internet shopping with your netbank (and possibly purchases abroad).
  3. Try to perform the update in another internet browser (e.g Google Chrome or Safari). If this doesn’t work, try changing the device – e.g. try switching from your smartphone to your PC and vice versa.
  4. Try updating your payment card in an incognito- or private window in your internet brower. You can also try deleting your cookie history.
