You have an ØresundBizz® starting with 46001 or 6048, and you have received a letter from Færgen
- To continue to use a bizz on Færgen crossings you have to order a new BroBizz here with BroBizz A/S. You do this by logging into “My Account” on this website with the information you were given in the letter from Færgen and follow the instructions.
Please note that payment for Færgen crossings to and including 2 November 2015 will still be paid to Færgen with the payment card you have associated with it.
- During booking you will be able to choose to move any discount agreement with Øresundsbron over to your new BroBizz, so that you have everything on one BroBizz.
- If you have signed up for your current ØresundBizz with other companies, for example, Storebælt, Samsø Rederi, Mols-Linien or Scandlines, you can choose to replace your ØresundBizz with your new BroBizz in the agreement with these companies by contacting them and notifying them of your new BroBizz number. Or you can continue to use your ØresundBizz if you have chosen to keep it.
- When you have ordered your new BroBizz and chosen to replace your ØresundBizz with a BroBizz on your agreement with Øresundsbron and elsewhere, please send or deliver your ØresundBizz to: Øresundsbron, Vester Søgade 10, 4, DK-1601 Copenhagen V, or alternatively to Øresundsbron, Kalkbrottsgatan 141, 203 14 Malmö.

Your contact data that has been transferred from Færgen will be deleted. Please note that your Færgen Bizz agreement thereby ends on 3 November 2015. Your ØresundBizz still works except with Færgen.
