We need the right information about you – it’s really important. For instance, we’ll use your email address to send you important information about your customer relationship or payment card. We’ll also use it to contact you if you lose your bizz and somebody hands it in to us.
You can update your details in the Brobizz app or via My Account. Once your master data has been updated, will have the opportunity to keep you up to date on new options available with our products and services. Always remember to have your Brobizz number and password ready.
It’s particularly important for you to update the details that we have on record about you if you’ve sold your car or are about to do so. It’s important for you to change the details of your customer relationship with us if your car’s number plate has been registered with number plate payment or if the car’s number plate has been registered for a Brobizz agreement.
If you’ve got a new payment card, it’s also very important to make sure we have the correct details. We can’t charge you for the use of your bizz or number plate payment if we don’t have the right details. And if we don’t have your correct email address either, we won’t be able to contact you in due course to make you aware of this.
