The Brobizz app makes it easy for you to view a list of the many places where you can pay with your bizz and number plate from Brobizz.

Self-service is always at your fingertips with the Brobizz app.

 

What you can do in the app

As a private customer, you can:

  • See which agreements you have and whether they're active/inactive.
  • See a complete list of your journeys and payments.
  • See all the places where you can pay with bizz or your number plate.
  • See the rewards and offers we're giving you together with our partners.
  • Make a replacement of you old bizz to a new one.

As a business customer, you can:

  • See which agreements you have and whether they're active/inactive.
  • See a complete overview of your travel and payments at your fingertips.
  • See all the places where you can pay with bizz or your number plate.
  • See the rewards and offers we’re giving you together with our partners.

If you’re not a customer:

You don't actually need to be one of our customers to use the app – you can just download it, create a profile and then order either bizz or number plate payment.

The app can be downloaded from wherever you normally download your apps – Google Play or the App Store.

How to use the app

The app can be downloaded from wherever you normally download your apps – Google Play or the App Store.

I’m already a customer

At some point you’ll have received a login to My Account. The password for My Account is the password you should use to log in to the app.

You can log in with:

  1. The email address registered for your agreement with Brobizz
  2. Your bizz number or customer number (click on the green link under the ‘Log in’ button)

Please be aware

If you log in with your bizz number or customer number, you’ll be asked to confirm the email address linked to the number you’re entering. You only have to confirm it in the app.

I’m not a customer yet

You can download the app even if you’re not one of our customers. You can order an agreement directly in the app when you’ve created a profile.

  1. Download the app wherever you normally download apps
  2. Open the app and click on the ‘Create profile’ button
  3. Select Private Customer and fill in the fields to create a Brobizz profile (marked with red stars)
  4. Click on the ‘Next’ button when the fields marked with red stars are filled in.

You are now up and running and can order payment with bizz and number plate

When you’ve ordered your agreement, you’ll receive an email from Brobizz.

I can't login

Problems with login can be due to your account being blocked, or that your bizz is an Øresundsbizz or a bizz for Europe, which cannot be used in our app.

I forgot my password

If you’ve forgotten your password, getting a new one is simple:

  1. Open the app
  2. Click on 'Log in'
  3. Click on the green 'I can't login' link
  4. Enter your email address, customer number or bizz number
  5. Click on the 'Send me a link' button
  6. You will now receive an email from Brobizz containing a link where you can reset your password.

Check once more

  • You’re entering the correct email address and the email address linked to your profile.

How to change your e-mail address if you’re unable to log in (Only bizz customers with a payment card linked to their agreement)

If you can't remember the e-mail address you used to set up My Account or the Brobizz app, you can change it.

How to change your e-mail address

  • On the login page to My Account, click on 'Problems logging in?'
  • In the box 'Change your e-mail address', enter your bizz number (16 digits) and the first four digits of your registered payment card.
  • Then click 'Send'.
  • You’ll then be able to enter a new e-mail address, which you must then confirm in your e-mail inbox.
  • Once you’re done, you’ll receive a temporary password. You can now log in using your new e-mail address and temporary password.

Remember to update your profile information and password once you’re logged into the app to be sure that they’re correct for next time.

Typical problems logging in to the app

  • If you have an Øresundsbizz with a smart agreement, EasyGo+ or bizz for Europe which are not supported by our app, you cannot log in. The same applies if you are an invoice customer.
  • Neither can you log in if your agreement is suspended due to arrears with Brobizz. We recommend logging in to 'My account', where you can update your payment details.
