It’s important that you keep your profile details updated so you do not miss out on important service information. You can log into your profile at any time and update your details, change your password, switch languages and subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletter.

Please ensure that the details held by Brobizz remain up to date, e.g. if you acquire a new email address, home address or phone number.
N.B: If you do not confirm the change to your new email address within 48 hours, your old email address will continue to be linked to your Brobizz profile.
If you wish to change your excisting password to a new one, you can log into your profile via brobizz.com or in the Brobizz app to change it.
If you’re unable to log in, we recommend you resetting your password to begin with.
You can find your customer number by logging in at brobizz.com or the Brobizz app. Your customer number will appear in the column on the left (on a PC) or under ‘Contact details’ in the Profile tab (on a smart phone).
You can also find your customer number in some of the emails we send you containing service information.
