How do I terminate my agreement with Brobizz A/S?

If you no longer wish to be a Brobizz A/S customer, you can, as a private customer, cancel your agreement by logging in at brobizz.com or the Brobizz app.
Before you can cancel your Brobizz agreement, you will need to cancel your number plate payment and/or bizz and pay any amount outstanding. Read more here.

Please note that if you have linked a discount agreement with one of our business partners, e.g. Øresundsbron or Øresundslinjen, you must remember to cancel this yourself. This must be done with the business partner with whom you entered the agreement. You can find a list of all our business partners here.

How to cancel your Brobizz agreement

  1. Log in at brobizz.com or the Brobizz app.
  2. Click on 'My profile’ in the top right-hand corner.
  3. Click on ‘Cancel agreement and close profile’ in the bottom right corner.
  4. Confirm the cancellation by clicking on the red button, which appears on the screen under ‘Terminate agreement’. If you decide not to cancel your agreement after all, please click the ‘Undo’ button.

N.B: Once you have terminated your agreement, it can't be reopened and you will no longer be able to log in at brobizz.com or the Brobizz app and review your trips and usage.

If you can't cancel your agreement yourself or cancel your number plate payment or bizz by logging into brobizz.com or the Brobizz app, please contact our customer service.
