NB: We would like to inform you that Brobizz no longer offers EasyGo+. Therefore, it is not possible to order an EasyGo+ bizz for payment on roads in Austria.
Do you already have an EasyGo+ bizz? Here's what the changes mean for you
The EasyGo+ bizz can be used until April 30th.
If you already have an EasyGo+ bizz, you can continue to use it until April 30, 2024. This means that you can use it for payment on roads in Austria up until this date. After April 30, your account and bizz will be closed, and you will no longer be able to use your EasyGo+ bizz for payment.
You do not need to do anything in connection with the closure of your bizz - this will happen automatically.
From March 15th, you will no longer be able to log in to My Account and manage your EasyGo+ bizz
To update your payment card linked to your EasyGo+ bizz or to make other changes to your account, you must do so before March 15, 2024. After this date, it will no longer be possible to log in to My Account.
For you who have ØresundGo
If you have linked an ØresundGo agreement to your EasyGo+ bizz, the agreement will be terminated automatically and you do not need to do anything.
For you who have a SMART agreement with Øresundslinjen
If you have a SMART agreement linked to your EasyGo+ bizz, you must personally cancel the agreement with Øresundslinjen.

I have a new vehicle - how do I change the vehicle on my EasyGo+?
To change the information on your EasyGo + (repersonalize it), you must return it to us together with a completed appendix 1, which you can download here.
In addition, you must enclose documentation for your vehicle, where we can see the vehicle's environmental class. The environmental class is often stated on the registration certificate.
For motorhomes, there is also often a COC certificate (Certificate of Confirmity), which states the environmental class.

Label the envelope "Exchange EasyGo+".
When we receive your EasyGo+ and documents, we update it and send it back. It takes approx. 14 working days, from the time we receive your EasyGo + until you receive the return.
Can I exchange my EasyGo+ bizz if it no longer works?
No, it is not possible to exchange your EasyGo+ bizz if it no longer works. We refer to the agreement terms for further information.

What happens if I forget to update the axles?
Remember to update the number of axles on your EasyGo+ device if they change during or between your trips. If you forget to update your axles and are stopped in Austria, you may be fined. You update axles directly on your EasyGo+ device.
Can I get notification of wrong axles?
You have the option to register with ASFINAG, which can alert you via email if there is a discrepancy between the number of axles registered on the device and the actual number of axles read during driving.
This is a system where you have to register directly with ASFINAG, i.e. without Brobizz. You will receive a direct message from ASFINAG if the axles are not correct, after which you can pay the toll to avoid a possible fine. How do I update the axles on my EasyGo+?
If your number of axles change before or during your trip, you need to be aware and remember to update them. You do this directly on your EasyGo+ unit.
- Push the button in the middle of your EasyGo+ and hold it down for two seconds.
- Wait until you see the number of axels you want to update to lights green.
Afterwards you can push the button once and the number of axels chosen will light up in green.
