Peak period in customer service

Summer is the peak season for inquiries

When the Danes travel on summer holidays, we get extra busy in customer service.

Still we are glad, because it means that you have put a bizz in the windshield or signed up for the number plate payment and are heading out in the summer country.

At the same time, this means that we are extra busy on the phones and that a lot of mails fly into our inbox every day. Some days up to 1500 mails.

Some good advices from us

When you call
When you call our service phone and find it difficult to get through, the best thing you can do is stay put. We will answer your call as fast as we can.

When you mail
We will give you the same advice on mail. When you send us an email, the best thing you can do is wait for our reply to the first one you send. We strive to answer your mail within 5 weekdays. We understand that it is tempting to send another email but it will not help.

Our busiest hours during business hours are between 11 AM and 13 PM. We strive to respond to your inquiry within 5 business days.
