Is my bizz/number plate working (is my agreement active)?

You can check for yourself whether your bizz or number plate payment (PayByPlate) is active by logging in to My Account or the Brobizz app.

My Account

When you’ve logged in to My Account, you can always see whether an agreement is active.

After logging in to the app, all of your active/inactive agreements will be shown at the top of the ‘Home’ page. You can find ‘Home’ in the menu at the bottom of the app.

Please be aware

Update times may differ depending on which local agreement you have. For example, you may have a local agreement with Øresund Bridge (BroPas) or Storebælt (Storebælt Private).
