I’ve been charged the wrong amount – what do I do?

There may be times when your bizz isn’t read correctly, so you may be charged the wrong amount.

What to do first

The important thing is to contact the partner that charged you incorrectly when you used your bizz or paid with your number plate (PayByPlate).

It doesn’t matter whether you’ve sailed on a ferry, crossed a bridge or parked in a car park.

Find an overview of all the places where you can pay with bizz or your number plate (PayByPlate) from Brobizz – we’ll link you to our partners’ websites from there.

Example – bridges

  1. You’ve crossed Storebælt Bridge
  2. You reckon you’ve been charged the wrong price
  3. Get in touch with Storebælt customer service (you can find the phone number and email address on the partner’s website)

Example – ferries

  1. You’ve sailed with Scandlines
  2. You reckon you’ve been charged the wrong price
  3. Get in touch with Scandlines customer service (you can find the phone number and email address on the partner’s website)

Example – parking

  1. You’ve parked in a car park
  2. You reckon you’ve been charged the wrong price
  3. Get in touch with the parking company’s customer service team (you can find the phone number and email address on the partner’s website)
