What do I do if I’ve been charged the wrong amount?

It can happen that your vehicle has been incorrectly read and that you are mischarged through your bizz or number plate payment. Should this happen, please contact customer service on the bridge or ferry where you were mischarged. You can find all our business partners here.

A mischarge can arise if you believe you have been charged twice, have paid the wrong price or are unaware of having taken the trip in the first place.

Here’s what you do

The first thing to do is to contact customer service at the place where you were incorrectly charged – regardless of whether you took a ferry or crossed a bridge.

N.B: If you have not made the trip in question, the charge could possibly be related to an annual fee for a discount agreement, e.g. ØresundGO with the Øresund Bridge

Example: I have driven across a bridge

  • You have driven across the Storebælt Bridge.
  • You believe that the price you were charged was wrong.
  • You should contact Storebælt’s customer service. You can do so by completing a form about mischarging on Storebælt’s website here.

Example: I have taken a ferry
