There may be several reasons why your agreement with Brobizz has been terminated. Generally speaking, we close agreements with customers whose contracts have been inactive for a long time. We do this because we want to protect your data and because we do not want to have unnecessary data lying around.
Once your agreement has been terminated, you can no longer use your bizz and number plate payment. What’s more, you cannot login to brobizz.com or the Brobizz app.
We cannot reopen your agreement once it has been terminated.
Remember, regardless of the reason for the termination of your contract, you can easily create a new agreement, order number plate payment or a bizz again. You can do so here.
The reasons why we’ve terminated your agreement
- If you have not used number plate payment for 18 months or have not used your bizz for 36 months.
- If you have created an agreement with Brobizz and not ordered number plate payment or a bizz within the first three months.
- If we have registered a change in the motor register after you have created your number plate payment, we have terminated your agreement.
- If there was no email address linked to your account by 11 April 2023, we will have terminated your agreement. We have written to everyone concerned to inform them about this.
- If, by 11 april 2023 your e-mail address was linked to several different customer numbers, we will have terminated your agreements. We have written to everyone concerned to inform them of this.
- If there was no address added to your customer account by 11 april 2023 we will have terminated your agreement. We have written to everyone concerned to inform them of this.
