If your BroBizz has been stolen or gone missing, you should freeze it to prevent misuse.
This is how you do:
Log into “My Account”
Choose “My BroBizz” from the menu
Click on the relevant BroBizz in the list
Select “Freeze BroBizz”
Click on “OK” to confirm that you wish to freeze your BroBizz
Later, in exactly the same way, you can unfreeze the device via “My Account”.
If you have downloaded the BroBizz app on your cell phone, you can freeze your BroBizz in the app.
