What do I do, when my credit/debit card expires?

You can easily update your credit/debit card information via “My Account”.

It is important to update information at least 3 days before your card expires, so the registration reaches all our application sites.

You can always check which credit/debit card you have associated with your BroBizz contract in "My Account". Here you can also update your credit/debit card information.

If you have registered an email address in “My Account”, we will send you a reminder when we can see that the credit/debit card associated with the device is about to expire. If you get a new credit/debit card, you must update this information, even if it is the same bank account that will be charged.

In order to associate a new fuel card with your BroBizz, you must print and complete this form and send it to kundeservice@brobizz.com. You can also choose to send it by post or fax it to us.

You must sign it, becuase it provides power of attorney.

In terms of updating fuel card information, please bear in mind that it may take a little longer to update. So please send the information in plenty time.
