Why is it BroBizz A/S that now handles the collection for my Scandlines AutoBizz

BroBizz A/S has taken over the administrative task of collecting payments for all trips made with your AutoBizz, from Scandlines Helsingør-Helsingborg, as well as the annual fee. Your benefits, and discounts on the SMART agreement, continues as before.

I have a new address – where do I need to update it?

All your contact information needs to be changed with BroBizz A/S. You can do this via My Account under the menu “My Information” If you have received a new payment card, then you can also update this on My Account. You can also update your payment card information via the faster solution “Update payment Card” or via our app.

I have received a new payment card – What do I need to do?

You need to update your payment card with BroBizz A/S. All you need to do this, is your BroBizz unit number, and our zip-code. You can update your payment card here. You can use our app for updating your payment card. Notice! If you have an address outside Denmark, then you need to use your BroBizz-customer number, that begins with 50xx instead of your zip-code.

Can I use the BroBizz App?

Can I link local agreements from other operators to my AutoBizz?

As an AutoBizz customer with Scandlines Helsingør-Helsingborg you now have the option to use the many different special agreements BroBizz A/S offers. You can get an overview of our collaborators here.

Can I order an extra AutoBizz with you?

If you need an extra AutoBizz, then you can easily order one via My Account using the menu “Order Extra Bizz”. If you need a SMART agreement linked to your new AutoBizz, then you can do this via Scandlines website.

Can I combine my BroBizz, AutoBizz and ØresundBizz under one customer number?

No, it is not technically possible for us to merge customer numbers with different types of bizz units.
