My BroBizz has been frozen in “My Account”
There can be 3 reasons that your BroBizz has been frozen:
a. You asked for it to be frozen. If this is the case, you can unfreeze it yourself in My Account
b. There may be an outstanding payment on your BroBizz.
As soon as we have received the payment, your BroBizz will be re-opened.
c. There is no active credit/debit card on your contract.
As soon as you add the new credit/debit card information, your BroBizz will be
unfrozen. Update in “My Account”.
However, you must be aware that it may take up to 2 hours before the change shows up in “My Account”.
