If, due to the closure of our self-service system, you are unable to order a number plate payment and therefore have to pay the full price on the Storebælt Bridge or the Øresund Bridge, we can refund the amount to you so that you only pay the discounted price.

If you wish to have the difference refunded, you must fill out our form with your number plate number, date of travel, customer number, and upload a receipt.

Please note that you must be registered as a customer before completing the form. If you have crossed the Øresund Bridge and only wish to pay the discounted price, you must have set up an Øresund discount agreement before we can refund the difference between the discounted price and the standard price.
