At Brobizz self-service you can order a bizz, number plate payment and eTickets. If you wish to order products from Brobizz, you must have rights as a main or account administrator.

To order products, first log into self-service and select the account that you wish to order new products for. Please be aware that it is not possible to order bizzes, eTickets and number plate payment simultaneously.

Do you want a discount?

If you want to obtain a discount from our business partners, you should be aware of whether you have the right discount agreements linked to your products. Please remember, therefore, to set up ØresundBUSINESS, Norway agreement, SMART agreement in accordance with your requirements. Read more about your options to get the best prices here.

N.B. Remember to fill in the vehicle information for each single bizz if you want to be sure of a Green discount on the Storebælt Bridge. Read more about Green discount here.

How to order bizzes

If you want to order one or more Bizz Norden, please follow the guide below. Read more about Bizz Norden here.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in at brobizz.com.
2. Go to ‘Order’ via the menu on the left.
3. Click on ‘Order’ under Bizz.
4. Select the quantity and then whether you wish to fill in the vehicle information now or later. We recommend filling in the vehicle information immediately to ensure that you have the opportunity to obtain a Green discount on the Storebælt Bridge.
5. Select the payment method and fill in the vehicle information if you have decided to do this immediately.
6. Choose whether the order should be delivered to your business address or enter another address. Confirm the delivery address by clicking on the green ‘Next’ button.
7. Click on “Order now” to confirm the final order.
8. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order is despatched. Please note that it may take a couple of weekdays before you receive it. You can always check whether the order has been despatched in the order history under the Order tab.

How to order number plate payment

If you would like to order one or more number plate payments, please follow the guide below. Read more about number plate payment here.

1. Log in at brobizz.com.
2. Go to ‘Order via the menu on the left.
3. Choose how many number plate payments you wish to order at the same time.
4. Enter the vehicle information, including number plate, chassis number and vehicle type.
5. Confirm that the vehicle details that you have entered are correct by placing a tick before you click on the Next button.
6. Click on “Order now” to confirm the final order.
7. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately afterwards.
8. Please be aware that it takes up to 20 minutes before the new number plate payment is ready for use on the Storebælt Bridge and up to 24 hours with all other partners where number plate payment can be used.

How to order eTickets (for customers who pay by invoice only)

As an invoice-paying customer, you can order eTickets by following the guide below. Read more about eTickets here.

Please note that eTickets have an expiry date. It is not possible to order an eTicket for a vehicle where number plate payment has been set up and vice versa.

1. Log in at brobizz.com.
2. Go to ‘Order’ via the menu on the left.
3. Select how many vehicles you want to order the eTicket for.
4. Select the number of journeys and enter the vehicle information, i.e. number plate, chassis number and vehicle type.
5. Confirm that the entered vehicle information is correct by a tick before clicking the ‘Next’ button.
6. Insert a tick to confirm that you confirm that you agree that eTicket can be used for automatic payment with all Brobizz' business partners where number plate payment can be used.
7. Click on “Order now” to confirm the final order.
8. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately afterwards.
9. Please note that it can take up to 20 minutes before the new eTicket is ready for use on the Storebælt Bridge and up to 24 hours with all other business partners where eTicket from Brobizz can be used.
