Ordering an additional bizz or number plate payment

You can easily order an extra bizz or number plate payment (PayByPlate) in the app.

Remember, you must be logged in – have a look here for information on how to do so. You can sign up for our newsletter as well when you place the order, so you can stay up to date.

This is what you need to do

Please be aware that it takes 5-10 working days to deliver a bizz. It costs nothing to order a bizz or sign up for number plate payment (PayByPlate)

  1. Select the ‘Profile’ menu item at the bottom of the app
  2. Click on either ‘My BroBizz’ or ‘My PayByPlate’
  3. Fill in the necessary details*
  4. Link a payment card and accept the agreement and trade terms (the card can be the same as for your other bizz devices/number plates)
  5. Finish off by clicking on the ‘Order’ button at the bottom

* If you order number plate payment and the number plate you enter has been set up for another profile, it’ll be inactive on the new profile until you cancel it on the old/other profile. The new number plate will show as active on the new profile, even though it’s not.

You can give your bizz a reference name so that you can identify it easily if you have a number of payment devices on your account.

Please be aware

We recommend that you update your bizz agreement with your car’s registration number, vehicle type and country of registration. This way your charges will always be made via Brobizz if your bizz can’t be read in a payment system.
