If you need a copy of an invoice that we’ve sent you, you can download it from My Account as follows:
Log in to My Account. How to log in is described hereSelect “view invoice” in the list on the homepage, or select “payments” followed by “payment requests” in the menu bar above
If there’s no PDF icon for the preferred payment request, send an email to email@example.com and ask for a copy invoice.
