Freeze BroBizz®​

If your BroBizz® has been stolen or gone missing, you should freeze it to prevent misuse.

How to freeze your BroBizz:

  • Log into “My Account
  • Choose “My BroBizz” from the menu
  • Click on the relevant BroBizz in the list
  • Select “Freeze BroBizz”
  • Click on “OK”

Later you can unfreeze the device in “My Account”.
