Our BroBizz is not working

There can be many reasons why your BroBizz is not working:

  •      Maybe your debit/credit card has expired or been blocked
  •      If you are an invoice customer, maybe your balance is overdue. See "My Account"
  •      Maybe the battery has run our or maybe your BroBizz has a fault, so needs replacing.

In the event of replacement, you can send your BroBizz to:

Remember to write clearly that you require a replacement.
