Our BroBizz device is not working

There can be many reasons that your BroBizz device is not working:

  • The debit/credit card has expired or been blocked
  • If you are an invoice customer, your balance may be overdue. See status on "My Account"
  • The battery has run out or your BroBizz has a fault and needs replacing

In the event of replacement, you can send your BroBizz device to:

Remember to write clearly that you require a replacement.
