New terms and conditions for BroBizz A/S
During 2018, BroBizz A/S introduces a number of new services and options. This requires a modification of our terms and conditions. The new options will all take part in making your BroBizz® transponder even more attractive to you. Not all of the new services are ready for use at the current stage but will be introduced in the coming months.

What has been changed in the new terms and conditions?
In the new terms and conditions include the following:
- We introduce automatic number plate recognition. This means that as of spring 2018, it will be possible to choose the number plate as identifier when passing a tollbooth - in the same way as with BroBizz®.
- When you have a BroBizz contract, we make sure that you can obtain discounts and other advantages with the operators, with whom we enter into agreements. This applies to e.g. ferries, multi-storey car parks and tollbooths.
- You can, at any time, get an overview of your purchases and see your monthly specifications on brobizz.com in My Account - and it does not cost anything. If you would like to receive your monthly statements by post or email, you will as per 1 March 2018 be charged a fee.
- In the new terms and conditions, we have adjusted the section about unauthorised use of your BroBizz® to comply with the Danish Payment Services and Electronic Money Act, which comes into force on 1 January 2018.
What do the new terms and conditions mean to me as a customer?
A range of new services and options will be introduced during 2018 and this requires a modification of our terms and conditions. The new options will all take part in making your BroBizz® transponder even more attractive to you.
Do I have to do something?
You do not have to do anything. If you continue to use your BroBizz® after 1 January 2018, this will be considered your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

I cannot accept the new terms and condition - what can I do?
If you wish to terminate your contract, you can always send your BroBizz® and your bank's sort code and account number to us, and we will then refund any deposit.
