You have a bizz from Færgen starting with 46001, and you have received a letter from Færgen

Below we have made a ‘checklist’ where you can see what you have to do in order to receive and maintain the best conditions in the future.

  • To continue to use a bizz on Færgen crossings you have to order a new BroBizz here with BroBizz A/S. You do this by logging into “My Account” on this website with the information you were given in the letter from Færgen and follow the instructions.

Please note that payment for Færgen crossings to and including 2 November 2015 will still be paid to Færgen with the payment card you have associated with it.

  • During booking you will be able to choose to move any discount agreement with Øresund Bridge over to your new BroBizz, so that you have everything on one BroBizz. After 3 November your current bizz will not work on the Øresund Bridge.
     
  • If you have signed up for your current bizz from Færgen with Samsø Rederi or Storebælt, please contact them and notify them of your new BroBizz number.
     
  • When you have ordered your new BroBizz, please return your bizz from Færgen to: Færgen, Att.: Sales Support, Dampskibskajen 3, DK-3700 Rønne.

If you do not want to have an agreement with BroBizz A/S:
Your contact data that has been transferred from Færgen will be deleted. Please note that your Færgen Bizz agreement thereby ends on 3 November 2015. Afterwards your current bizz will also not work on the Øresund Bridge.
