Freeze BroBizz®

If your BroBizz has been stolen or gone missing, you should freeze it to prevent misuse.

  1. Log into “My Account
  2. Choose “My BroBizz” from the menu 
  3. Click on the relevant BroBizz in the list
  4. Select “Freeze BroBizz”
  5. Click on “OK” to confirm that you wish to freeze your BroBizz

Later, in exactly the same way, you can unfreeze the device via “My Account”.
