If your BroBizz has been stolen or gone missing, you should freeze it to prevent misuse.
- Log into “My Account”
- Choose “My BroBizz” from the menu
- Click on the relevant BroBizz in the list
- Select “Freeze BroBizz”
- Click on “OK” to confirm that you wish to freeze your BroBizz
Later, in exactly the same way, you can unfreeze the device via “My Account”.
