Pay with BroBizz® with Easy Park

How do I do?

I already have an agreement with both BroBizz A/S and EasyPark – how do I move payment to run via my BroBizz agreement?

  • You must ensure that the mobile phone number you use with EasyPark is connected to your agreement with BroBizz A/S. You can check this via "My Account"
  • You must ensure that your BroBizz agreement is active and connected to a valid debit/credit card. You can check this via "My Account"
  • Next, you must contact EasyPark customer service via email at info@easypark.dk

I have an agreement with BroBizz A/S, but not with EasyPark – how do I pay for parking with my BroBizz?

  • You must ensure that your mobile phone number is connected to your agreement with BroBizz A/S. You can check this via "My Account"
  • You must ensure that your BroBizz agreement is active and connected to a valid debit/credit card. You can check this via "My Account"
  • Next, you must download EasyPark’s app. For further information, visit www.easypark.dk
  • Follow the instructions in the app.
  • When asked about payment form, pick “connect to BroBizz”.

I have an agreement with EasyPark, but I do not have a BroBizz – what do I do?

  • Go to www.brobizz.com and order a BroBizz
  • Remember to enter the mobile phone number you wish to use when parking.
  • You will receive your BroBizz by post within 5 working days.
  • When you have received your BroBizz, you must contact EasyPark customer service on phone number +45 70 22 12 08. They will help you change payment form.

I do not have an agreement with neither BroBizz A/S nor EasyPark – what do I do?

  • Go to www.brobizz.com and order a BroBizz
  • Remember to enter the mobile phone number you wish to use when parking.
  • You will receive your BroBizz by post within 5 working days.
  • When you have received your BroBizz, you must download EasyPark’s app.
  • Follow the instructions in the app. For further information, visit www.easypark.dk
  • When asked about payment form, pick “connect to BroBizz”.
